All IDR recruiters who are ready to move up to the Account Manager/Sales Role go through a rigorous 3-day training camp and must pass a final test that is named “Jedi’s.” (A Star Wars reference I’m told.) This training and test take place once a quarter and the location is rotated between the different offices. The last one was in Atlanta.
The first two days of the week are designated for the branch managers/leaders and the branch coordinators to go over business plans, goals and objections for the following quarter, and to reflect back on the previous quarter. This time is called “Leadership Counsel.” The entire week together is called “The Summit Gathering.”
