After our Leadership 500 honor, many people have asked for more information on our leadership development program. For the next two weeks we are going to spend some time going through how IDR operates, and why Leadership Excellence magazine awarded us on their Leadership 500 results.
Today we are talking about the participation and involvement in our programs. We will cover who is allowed to participate, what offerings employees have, and who else joins our programs:
We have a high amount of involvement at all levels at IDR. From the CEO to the entry level recruiter who has only been here for one month, we welcome anyone to participate in the various programs. We even invite the personal trainers that we work with to our company outings and book clubs. Thus far, we have not yet invited our clients to participate in our various offerings, although we have had a few of them come and give presentations to our employees about the roles they play and their perspectives on leadership.
