Alpharetta, Georgia – April 8, 2024 – IDR, Inc., an award-winning, female-led, employee-owned staffing firm, is honored to be an honoree of the 2024 Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). This is the fifth time IDR has been recognized by SIA as a Best Staffing Firm to Work For. The annual list released by SIA, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, comprises eight categories based on company size and location. Program winners comprise companies with high scores in the contest categories.
Over 400 firms pursued participation in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace. To gather statistically complete results, participating companies must have reached a minimum level of employee participation, based on the total number of employees. Responses from each question of each completed survey were compiled and evaluated, while companies in each size category were ranked according to their overall composite score.
