National Staffing Firm Celebrates Company Growth and Achievement with Expanded Leadership
Atlanta, GA – IDR, Inc., an award-winning, employee-owned staffing firm, is excited to announce the expansion of its executive team amid continued growth and recognition in the staffing industry. IDR, Inc.’s current President and COO, Ashley Holahan, will become Chief Executive Officer; Will Hayes, current Vice President of IDR Dallas, will move into the role of Chief Operating Officer; and Danny Roberge, Vice President of IDR Nashville, will take on the role of Chief Revenue Officer.
Recognizing and developing key talent within the organization has been paramount to IDR, Inc.’s accomplishments throughout the years. Having started their careers as recruiters, moving into account management and then serving as Vice Presidents for five years, Danny Roberge is in his 12th year with the company and Will Hayes has marked his 14th.
“We’ve set a high standard, not only for ourselves but for the industry at large,” said Roberge, new CRO of IDR, Inc. “Revenue has grown at a record 184% over the past five years, and with the launch of IDR Healthcare under the IDR brand, we are confident that growth will continue. I’m happy to be part of the new executive team and excited to see what 2022 has in store.”
