Our Dallas office is idr’s newest addition, and still is adding to our team in Texas. In this office, we recently created a new screening method for internal candidates called the Career Values Profile. All candidates interested in working at idr receive a copy to fill out. We hope this will help pinpoint the A-players we’re looking for and cut down on time spent with candidates who do not fit into our culture. We just started sending it out last week so are excited to see the results of our efforts!
