Our Engagement Management Program puts us in constant contact with you. Even before you start your new role, IDR Engagement Managers are working with you to ensure you are prepared and ready for your new assignment. Throughout your contract, you’ll hear from us too! And when you’re finishing a project, an Engagement Manager will work with you to focus on your re-employment with IDR.

Anonymous Reporting
IDR’s anonymous reporting system may be used to submit all workplace incidents including violent incidents, threats, or other violence concerns to our designated Workplace Violence Prevention Plan Administrator. A strict non-retaliation policy is in place, and any instances of retaliation are dealt with swiftly and decisively. An employee who retaliates against a coworker for reporting an incident could be disciplined or terminated. You may also report any incidents to HR directly at hr@idr-inc.com. For a copy of IDR’s Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, please reach out to hr@idr-inc.com. In an emergency, please dial 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
