IDRPalooza is a company trip to honor our team, recognize their contributions, celebrate our wins, have loads of fun, and refuel for the new year—So we can do it again next year!
Picture this: White, sandy beaches of Mexico. Palm trees. Clear skies. Beach-front resort. Warm, tropical temperatures. Custom-stamped coconut cocktails. Pool-side parties. Hammocks in the shade. Swim-up rooms. Feasts featuring exquisite local foods. Your work besties are by your side.
This was the energy of IDRPalooza 2025. And it was perfect!
Thursday kicked off the festivities with a welcome party featuring a cocktail hour, photo ops, good food, and friends. Friday featured two sporting events: a golf tournament for the gents and a 6-team volleyball tournament complete with team logos and a medal for the winners.
Saturday, we hosted a Beach Bash in the morning with custom IDRPalooza coconuts and giant IDR letters in the sand for pictures. In the evening, we kept the party going with one last dinner, a local talent display, and a game of superlatives for the plus ones (Reminiscing about Mrs. Doubtfire, best babysitter). We honored our team with awards like the Sunshine Award, Dance Machine, Mr. and Mrs. Mexico, and more.
We want to keep our team motivated and always pushing forward, advancing the quality, effectiveness, and skill of what we do. Part of that motivation comes from the desirable earning potential of a vested team member who can participate in our ESOP, Employee Stock Ownership Program.
Any team member can earn a portion of the company profits by hitting their 3-year employment mark and maintaining key milestones and goals. This is a financial game-changer for our employees and consultants, and we’re so proud to be able to bring this to them.
