National Staffing Firm Recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in the category of staffing firms with 51-200 employees
ALPHARETTA, GA – IDR, Inc., an award-winning, employee-owned staffing firm, is honored to be added to the 2022 list of Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The annual list released by SIA, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, includes around 250 competing firms.
In November and December of 2021, internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits.
The Grand Prize winner of each category will be announced and honored at SIA’s annual Executive Forum, happening February 28-March 3 in Austin, Texas. Will Hayes, CEO of Lucidworks, will speak on this year’s theme, Faster, Better, Stronger: Leadership in a New World.
