National Staffing Firm Recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts for Organic Growth Amid Change
ALPHARETTA, GA – IDR, Inc., an award-winning, employee-owned staffing firm, is honored to be named to the 2021 list of Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firm by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The annual list, released by SIA, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, includes 52 companies.
To qualify for this recognition, staffing companies must have had at least $1 million in staffing revenue in 2016 and at least a 15% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) between 2016 and 2020.
In 2019, IDR was among 94 firms named to the Fastest-Growing list. Last year, the number of total qualifying firms dropped, with only 75 making the 2020 list, IDR among them. This year, the total number of qualifying firms declined even further, with only 52 firms meeting the list’s requirements. Thanks to continued growth in the IT industry and their expansion into healthcare staffing, IDR ranked 50th on the list, with a total revenue of $55.4 million and a CAGR of 15.7%.
The full fastest-growing list is available online and will be included in the September/October 2021 issue of Staffing Industry Review. In releasing the full list of results, SIA noted that IT was the most prevalent staffing segment, with 20 firms operating in this space. Healthcare was the second most common, with 17 firms active in this area.
