National Staffing Firm Ranked No. 2 Among Nashville Recruiting Companies in Contingency Placements
IDR, Inc., an award-winning, employee-owned staffing firm, is proud to be recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as the number two ranked staffing firm for contingency permanent placements in 2020. IDR Nashville recorded a total of 276 contingency placements in industries ranging from IT, accounting and finance, and professional services to healthcare and government services.
The Nashville Business Journal’s list of the top 15 staffing firms was based on data provided by the companies through questionnaires. The companies who submitted information were then ranked according to overall contingency permanent placement totals.
This is IDR Nashville’s second recognition for special achievements in 2020. Earlier this year, Nashville, along with IDR’s Denver branch, was selected as a 2020 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For winner. IDR, Inc. was also recently named one of 2021’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts. Both awards recognized staffing firms for their employee engagement and HR best practices.
